We all know brunch is the most important meal of the day, so that’s what we enjoyed on our first trip to this Gulch hot spot. tart your meal with one of their awesome house drinks and an option (or two!) from their raw bar menu. We opted for oysters and the Millwood – pineapple, rum, blackberry, lime, and prosecco. And let us recommend the best, most magical appetizer on the menu: the shrimp toast. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so we’ll definitely be coming back to try their other menus!

The L.A. Jackson has snacks, sharing plates, and big entrees to choose from. We went for the broiled oysters covered in herbs, butter and crispy bread crumbs. The topping on these oysters was so good that we scraped the plate for any leftovers! We finished out our meal with the grilled black drum sandwich and the L.A. Jackson burger. The fish sandwich was served on a buttery toasted bun and topped with dill mayo and paired with a side of fries. The burger comes as a single or double patty tower, yum!
