Sam and Zoe's Nashville

California breakfast sandwich with veggie sausage

Nashville’s Berry Hill neighborhood is filled with tasty finds and friendly faces, and Sam & Zoe’s fits the bill. Located just down the road from two of our other Berry Hill favorites, Sunflower Cafe and Pfunky Griddle, Sam & Zoe’s is a coffee shop and eatery bustling with locals. The cafe is small, and parking can be tough during peak hours, but it’s worth it!

Sam and Zoe's NashvilleOn the menu, you’ll find several different breakfast sandwiches. We’re fans of the California – eggs, avocado, tomato, and mozzarella on a bagel or your choice of bread. Add bacon, sausage, or veggie sausage to any breakfast sandwich for extra deliciousness. If you don’t want eggs to start your day, try the peanut butter wrap – bananas, peanut butter, granola, and honey in a whole wheat wrap.

If you’re stopping in for lunch, we recommend the TLT deluxe. Cajun seasoned tofu, vegan pesto, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and avocado – it’s our favorite at Sam and Zoe’s! The menu is also full of sandwich shop favorites, like their chicken or tuna salad, a classic club sandwich, or a BLT. Choose from white, wheat, and rye breads, a wrap, croissant, or gluten-free bread. No matter what route you go, you are sure to be happy with your lunch break decision!

If you’re looking for a quick and easy meal, they also make smoothies. We’re hooked on the strawberry banana smoothie with peanut butter added in. And the cafe is stocked with all of your coffee shop favorites, so order yourself an iced latte or coffee while you’re there.

Make the most of your breakfast or lunch break and check out Sam & Zoe’s.
