Among a growing number of coffee shops in Nashville, Atmalogy’s vibe stands out from the rest. Its rooms are decorated to make you feel like you’re at home – there’s even a room where no shoes are allowed! We love the calm, creative atmosphere that the Atmalogy folks have created.
If you’re looking for a caffeine boost, Atmalogy has both traditional and creative coffee concoctions. Go for a regular cup of coffee or sip on their popular blueberry iced version. Not in the mood for coffee? Their menu is full of teas, fresh juices, and delicious iced drinks like their lemon-mint freeze. Atmalogy also stocks almond and coconut milk so you can make any drink vegan.
On the food side, Atmalogy boasts a menu with a number of gluten-free and vegan options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We’ve snacked on their avocado toast – try the vegetarian version with local honey and feta or the vegan version with sunflower seeds and fresh strawberries. Or create your own toast by choosing from the variety of toppings on their toast board. We’ve also tried the breakfast sandwich – eggs, spinach, and red pepper served on a wheat bagel thin with avocado spread. Yum!
On the sweet side, the atmaballs are a must try. These vegan, raw sweet treats are made in house and are the perfect guilt-free dessert. Atmaballs come in a variety of flavors, from coconut lemon to cookie dough – pick up the assorted pack to try them all!
You can rent out any of the rooms for meetings, get togethers with friends, or events. Be sure to check out their calendar for upcoming events – from poetry readings to the Atmalogy book club, there is always something fun happening at Atmalogy.
