Tower Market and Deli Nashville

Tower Market and Deli is one of the best new sandwich shops in town. And it’s not just a sandwich shop – Tower Market is a full-fledged market, stocking everything from organic ice cream sandwiches to locally made hand soap to our favorite brand of pickles. Tower makes our in-between-grocery-visits time a breeze. But that’s not why you should stop in for yourself – their sandwiches are the real reason to make a visit!

the East Nasty

Bagel Face, DOH Nashville, and Bongo Java are just a few of the local businesses that Tower Market uses to stock its deli offerings. For your first time at the deli counter, we suggest ordering off of their breakfast menu, which is available all day! We’ve been impressed by their lox and cream cheese bagel as well as their basic bacon egg and cheese bagel.

We’ve enjoyed these on a few hangover days, and boy, did our stomachs thank us! Our eyes are on their biscuit sandwiches for our next breakfast visit.

For lunch, we’ve tried the vegetarian delight on ciabatta and homemade chips, and the East Nasty: spicy breaded chicken breast, capicola ham, jalapeno bacon, and pepper jack cheese. Each was filling and packed with flavor. Tower Market also offers burgers, wraps, and deli salads by the pound, so there are options for everyone no matter what you’re craving.

If you’ve been looking for an old school deli to improve your lunch game, Tower Market is right up your alley. Check them out next time you’re on the East side of the river!
