This month, Fitness Friday takes you to the bike with Krank Nashville. This cycle and strength studio is located on Bandywood in Green Hills, tucked away in the corner of the shopping enter across from The Food Company (the perfect stop for lunch post-class!).
The studio offers three types of classes: cycle, Krank strength, and 30/30. If you’re looking for a cardio workout on the bike, sign up for a cycle class. The lights are down and the music is blasting. They offer these 45-minute or 1 hour classes filled with heart-pumping, sweaty fun to give you the cardio blast you need along with a workout for your core and arms.
The instructors are motivating, positive, and ready to make you feel the burn! Of course, you control your bike so you can go at whatever pace you need, making the classes perfect for people of any fitness level.
The Krank strength classes are 10-person strength training classes where you’ll do timed interval work that is closely monitored and modified by the instructor for each person’s needs. You’re in for a great workout for your entire body.
And if you’re really feeling adventurous, try the 30/30 class – 30 minutes of cycle and 30 minutes of strength. Talk about a challenge!
