It’s Fitness Friday! Today we bring you TITLE Boxing Club, the ultimate boxing and kickboxing workout experience here in Nashville. Head to one of their three Nashville area locations for a high energy workout that will get your heart pumping and your body moving.
Most classes are one hour packed with strength building, high intensity sequences from warm up to cool down. Each class starts with a 15-minute warm up – jogging, jumping jacks, lunges, and push-ups – to get you ready to work!
The warm-up is followed by 30 minutes of boxing and/or kickboxing where you’ll rotate through series of basic boxing combinations. The last 15 minutes of class are the toughest! You’ll put away the gloves and focus on core strength.
Our favorite thing about TITLE? You don’t have to be a professional to take the class – or to enjoy it! Before our first class, we had never worn boxing gloves and didn’t know what a jab, cross, or undercut was supposed to look like.
The staff is friendly and professional, and instructors always take the extra time with beginners to help you get oriented and learn the correct boxing form. Beginner tip: make sure to get there early to get set up with your hand wraps and boxing gloves before class begins.
